While you wait, here’s a little peek behind the curtains as to how we go from estimate to moving day:
- We review and analyze the details of your provide form.
- If we have enough information to provide you a detailed estimate, you will see one in the next 24 hours (often much much quicker)
- If we need to collect some additional information such as inventory to be moved or load / unload conditions, expect to see a follow up information. At a minimum we should be able to provide you with a general price range.
- Once you’ve gotten your final estimate, please take your time reviewing the Order of Service. If you have any questions about the pricing quote, one of our many team members will be happy to answer them for you. Don’t hesitate to reach out. If you notice a mistake or error in your given details, we will gladly rebuild your estimate to meet the accurate parameters.
- Once you’re happy with the Order of Service, you’ll simply send a reply confirming the order request. If you decide to take you moving needs a different route — no problem! We’d simply ask that you let us know as well to avoid eating up too much of your time or ours.
Response times may vary based on the complexity of the requested quote; however, rest assured that our team is working diligently to get you a quote as soon as humanly possible! If you don’t see a response to your inquiry within 24 hours, please be sure to review your spam folder. Finally, additional wait time may also be a result of a form submission after 5:00PM.
A Few Final Notes:
- We cannot confirm a job over the phone, written (via email) confirmations are required.
- A deposit may be required depending on the type of move. This will be outlined in your Order of Service.
- Cancellations less than 7 days from your move date may result in a cancellation fee
- Estimate accuracy is based on the information provided. Please be sure to review your quote thoroughly to ensure we have the right information! We will ask you to confirm your inventory during the confirmation process to ensure we all share the same expectations.
