With that said, here is how the process works:

  • We receive your completed form and analyze the provided details.
  • Utilizing our many years of in field experience, as well as the information you provided in the form, we will build you a custom Quote. For local moving service, this is called an Order of Service and is comprised of a Low End & High End estimate – a three part equation consisting of the Hourly Rate, Truck or Travel Fee (depending on the services requested), and the anticipated Time Range of the move.
  • Once you have received the estimate/Order of Service, please take a moment to review, and feel free to reach out should you have any questions regarding our services or the Order of Service – we will gladly rebuild your estimate should the overall scale have been misjudged, or a detail missed!
  • Finally, if everything in the estimate/Order of Service looks good, please respond to the estimate “confirming” that you would like to move forward in booking our services. If you end up going a different route, or if the services are no longer required we would appreciate a response declining.

A Note Regarding Response Time: We strive to provide our clients with the swiftest response time possible. That said, should you not hear from us within 24 hours of submitting a Job Request form please be sure to check your SPAM folder! Additionally, if you submitted a form or inquiry after 5:00PM it is more likely that you will receive a response the following morning.

Please note:

  • We do not confirm jobs via phone, an email is required
  • A deposit may be required to book your move
  • Cancellations less than 7 days from your move date may result in a cancellation fee
  • The accuracy of our estimate is based on the information provided, so please review your quote thoroughly to ensure we have the right information!  We will ask you to confirm your inventory during the confirmation process to ensure we all share the same expectations.
